Locksmith called to confirm the appointment and arrived when he said he would. He was very polite, professional. Explained everything including costs. Did the work quickly, quietly, and efficiently. He was also masked and fully vaxxed which I especially appreciated and said so.

We lost our key fob at the harbor, and it's the only way to start our car. Advanced Srcurity had sent technician Zach to us within an hour, and he got us a new functioning key fob in 20 minutes. Great, quick service.

Jack was amazing. I had gotten off work one day and my master key broke — I couldn’t find my other copies so I couldn’t turn on my car and it was lodged in the trunk’s keyhole (it’s an older model). Jack came over one hour later and even though I requested the master key and 2 copies, he only charged me for the master key. He even dislodged the key from my car.
